We can easily accept the customers with PPO insurance cards and create the history of cases for each. We accept major insurances including, but not limited to:
Aetna, Cigna, Delta, Guardian, MetLife, BlueCross/BlueShield, Pompco, United Health Care, Assurant

Payment Options
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover credit cards as well as cash and personal checks. Online payments can be made through BestCard. We are happy to discuss our in-house payment plans during your visit. For more information, please call our office.
